ANTIBIOTIC SOLUBLE POWDER
FOR ORAL ADMINISTRATION

COMPOSITION :
Each 1000 gm contains :
Sulfamethoxypyridazine 200,000 mg
Tetracycline hydrochloride 110,000 mg
Trimethoprim glutamate 60,000 mg
Bromhexine hydrochloride 1,300 mg

INDICATIONS:
Tromezin is indicated for the treatment and supportive management of respiratory and gastrointestinal infections in poultry, calves, and pigs caused by bacteria sensitive to tetracycline, trimethoprim, and sulfonamides.
It is particularly effective in cases of: Chronic respiratory disease (CRD) and air sacculitis in poultry.
Bacterial pneumonia, bronchitis, and gastrointestinal infections in calves.
Mixed infections involving Mycoplasma, E. coli, Pasteurella spp., Salmonella spp., and Haemophilus spp.
The inclusion of bromhexine hydrochloride enhances mucus clearance, promotes respiratory tract secretion thinning, and improves antibiotic penetration at infection sites.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not administer to animals with known hypersensitivity to tetracyclines, sulfonamides, or trimethoprim.
Avoid use in animals with functional rumens, pregnant or lactating females unless advised by a veterinarian.
Not for use in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.
Do not combine with other sulfonamide drugs or nephrotoxic agents.
Ensure adequate hydration during treatment.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat: Animals must not be slaughtered for human consumption for 7 days after the last administration.
Milk: Do not use in lactating animals producing milk for human consumption.
Eggs: Do not use in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.
After diluting the product into the potable water the final solution remains stable for 24 hours at room temperature (15-25°C).

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
By oral administration.
Rabbits, Broilers & Layers: Administer 1 g per 1 liter of drinking water daily for 35 days.
Calves: Mix 1 g per 10 kg body weight in milk or water. Administer once or twice daily for 35 days.
Young Ruminants (non-functional rumen): Administer 1 g per 10 kg body weight in milk replacer or water for 35 days.

Keep it in the original packing in a dry, dark place below 25°C
