222 mg **Indications:** Used to treat intestinal and respiratory infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to lincomycin and spectinomycin, such as *Campylobacter*, *E.

coli*, *Mycoplasma*, *Salmonella*, *Staphylococcus*, *Streptococcus*, and *Treponema spp.* in calves, sheep, goats, poultry, and turkeys.

The combination of lincomycin and spectinomycin works cumulatively and, in some cases, synergistically.

Spectinomycin acts as a growth inhibitor or bactericidal agent, depending on the dose, mainly against Gram-negative bacteria such as *Campylobacter*, *E.

coli*, *Mycoplasma*, and *Salmonella spp.*, while lincomycin works as a growth inhibitor, primarily against Gram-positive bacteria such as *Mycoplasma*, *Staphylococcus*, *Streptococcus*, and *Treponema spp.* Cross-resistance may occur with macrolides for lincomycin.

**Administration and Dosage:** For oral use: – **Calves, Sheep, and Goats:** 1.50 grams per 100 kg of body weight for 5 days.

– **Poultry:** 150 grams per 200 liters of drinking water for 5-7 days.

**Side Effects:** In cases of overdose in pigs, changes in stool consistency (soft stool and/or diarrhea) may be observed.

In chickens treated with doses higher than recommended, enlargement of the cecum and abnormal contents in the cecum have been noted.

**Withdrawal Period:** – **Calves, Sheep, and Goats:** Meat: 14 days.

– **Poultry:** Meat: 5 days.

– **Eggs:** Not for use in birds producing eggs for human consumption.
