1 ml Description and Indications: ENRO 10% is a synthetic antibiotic from the quinolone group, effective as a bactericidal agent primarily against: Gram-negative bacteria: Campylobacter, E.
coli, Haemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Salmonella spp.
Broad-spectrum activity: Effective against Gram-positive bacteria and Mycoplasma.
Indications include: Treatment of respiratory and gastrointestinal infections caused by bacterial or mycoplasmal origins, such as: Pasteurellosis Coli-bacillosis Coli-septicaemia Mycoplasmosis Salmonellosis Control of chronic respiratory diseases, bacterial colitis, infectious rhinitis, enzootic pneumonia, mastitis, and related bacterial infections.
Clinical experience and susceptibility testing support the use of enrofloxacin as a preferred treatment.
Side Effects: Potential cartilage lesions in young animals during growth.
Hypersensitivity reactions may occur in sensitive animals.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to enrofloxacin.
Use in animals with severe liver or kidney impairment.
Concurrent use with tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides, or lincosamides.
Dosage and Administration: For intravenous (IV) or subcutaneous (SC) administration: Calves, Cattle, Sheep, and Goats: 1 ml per 20–40 kg of body weight daily for 3–5 days, or as directed by a veterinarian.
Withdrawal Period: Meat and Offal: 5 days (IV) 12 days (SC) Milk: 3 days (IV) 4 days (SC) Storage: Store in a dry, dark place below 25°C.
