ELECTROLYTE & VITAMIN C POWDER
for Oral Administration

INDICATIONS:
VITAVET ELECTROLYTE + C is a balanced electrolyte powder for horse and camels, to be used as a supplemental source of Energy, Calcium, Salt, Potassium, Magnesium and Vitamin C.

Other use:
Electrolytes should be used during exposure to or illness (coughs and pneumonia) and/or during times of stress (including but not limited to:
• handling and transporting, hot or cold weather,
• co-mingling,
• reduced water and feed intake).
Cleanliness is very important – keep animal pens clean and well bedded, and scrub waterers after each use.
Wash hands and clothing after handling sick animals.
Offer fresh clean water at all times.

Young animals may have increased nutrition requirements during periods of hot weather.
Consult with your veterinarian for guidance.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
None

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat, Milk: None

SIDE EFFECTS:
No undesirable effects are to be expected when the prescribed dosage regimen is followed.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Be incorporated into the drinking water or with feed after training, the following doses per animal per day:

Horses & Camels:
30 – 50 gm daily in one dose or can be divided to 2 doses.

IMPORTANT:
Dehydration in young animals can be very serious.
If scours worsen or do not improve, or if the animal appears dehydrated, contact your veterinarian.

Keep it in the close container away from direct sun light below 25°C.
