COMPOSITION:
Each 10 KG contains:
VIAL (A): Quinapyramine sulphate ………………………. 1.5 gm
VIAL (A): Quinapyramine chloride ………………………… 1.0 gm
VIAL (B): Sterile water for Injection ……………………. 20 ml

INDICATIONS:
TWIQUIN is indicated for the treatment and prevention of trypanosomiasis caused by various species of Trypanosoma viz.
T. evansi, T. vivax, T. brucei, T. equiperdum, T. congolense and T. simiae in cattle, buffalo, camel, sheep, goats and dogs.

PRECAUTIONS:
Massage the site of injection.
Extra care is needed while treating weak animals.
A divided dose is recommended in sensitive animals.
Should not be administered to animals with an impaired renal or hepatic function.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat: 21 days, Milk: 4 days.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Subcutaneous route only.
Dissolve TWIQUIN powder in 20 ml sterile water for injection.
Dosage: 0.025 ml per kg body weight or 1 ml per 40 kg body weight.
Not more than 20 ml per animal.

Store below 30°C in a dry place protected from light.
